Alma has partnered with various orphanages and schools in which the non medical volunteers can have the opportunity to serve in the community as well. So many people want to help, but are not in the medical field. Example of projects that have been performed are: installation of a water filtration system in an orphanage, several painting projects, remodeling of classroom and sleeping areas, construction of small home, fundraising events in the United States in order to provide school supplies for children in need. Our most recent project has been partnering with a school in Panajachel for children with Special needs
